Summarizing... and a brief note at the end of the year.

You have received a printed copy of the slides about summarizing presented by the student teachers from the graduate school of Unesa. Therefore, it may not be necessary to post the slides here.

I believe you've learned a lot from me, the student teachers and your friends this semester, especially about how to quote, paraphrase and summarise someone else's written works. Next semester you'll learn how to write a research proposal for your thesis (skripsi) in the course "Academic Writing II", and in doing so you're expected to apply what you've learned in "Academic Writing I."
